Measuring for your dog for a collar:
- Ensure your dog is standing still
- Measure using a fabric tape measure or string
- Measure the neck line at the base of the neck
- You should then be able to fit 1 to 2 fingers inside the collar, for your dog to be comfortable
| To Fit Dog's Neck Size | Collar Width | Fits | |
| XS | 23-29cm / 9-11.5in | 1.5 cm / 0.6 in | - dogs up to 5kg |
| S | 28-42cm / 11-16.5in | 1.5 cm / 0.6 in | - dogs up to 17kg |
| M | 41-52cm / 16.5-21in | 2.0 cm / 0.8 in | - dogs up to 32kg |

| XL | 60-89cm / 24-35in | 3.5cm / 1.4 in | - dogs up to 70kg |
Note: If your dog's neck size overlaps two sizes, then unless you expect your dog to continue growing, the smaller of the two sizes is the better choice for your dog.

Good service, arrived on time and its a very nice product
Great collar! Lovely quality and fits well. Thank you
Ava is loving her new Long Paws collar. It’s a beautiful colour and so smart and comfortable 😍
Soft comfy well made collar
It doesn't seem reflective at all! Had the dog out in early dawn and no reflective element to the collar visible. Disappointed.
Comfort Reflective Padded Dog Collar | Orange / Red
Store owner replied: Hi John Thank you for your feedback. Please note the collars are reflective, not luminous. This means when headlights or a torch light hits they, they shine back. They do not glow in the dark without any light hitting them.
Great Thanks
A beautiful, vibrant orange (true to the website colour), sizing is accurate and the collar is made from high quality materials which feel resilient to water, mud, etc Packaging was good without being ott and the collar arrived promptly. A great purchase.
Smart and hard wearing. so very pleased with the dog collar
Lovely and well made !
Great collar good sizing for larger breeds.
Love this collar and I keep coming back to it as others don’t have the cushioned comfort aspect.
Great fit. Love the reflective strip
It's a lovely collar to strong and well made. I needed to exchange it for a smaller version. They were quick to send me a charge for £2 thinking I needed the larger size but didn't mention the reduced price and potential refund for a smaller size. Postage costs for the return were all my reasonability, understandably, even though I had measured my dog using their chart.
Quick delivery, fitted Monti the Westie without adjustment. At ten years old he can really strut his stuff in a new collar instead of a hand me down. (Our fifth Westie)
Excellent product nice colours
Lovely collar, good quality and was easy to measure with the size guide on the website. Delivery was quick and product well packaged, I would highly recommend. THANK YOU.
We bought the same collar for our older cavalier Roxy in Betws-y-Coed, Wales 10 years ago and it was great quality and looked excellent.
Not as soft as I thought it would be but my dog seem ok wearing it.
Lovely padded collar. Second one we have bought. Our 2 dogs love them. Great price
.
Nice collar. Seems comfy and I like the reflective stitching for walking in the darker evenings.
Great value for a really good comfortable collar.
Good sturdy collar!
Size not that accurate, to big for my lab had to tighten right up to the end then you dont have the benefit of the comfort inner
Very pleased with good quality collar
Good product, seems well made, could do with a bit of neoprene say, on the inside. Fair price and decent enough delivery time. Let’s see how well it lasts…..
It’s great
Really well made collar and more reflective than it looks, which is great. Excellent service too.
Having bought a reflective collar and harness I think it would be good if the harness straps could be wider.
Lovely collar for my little retriever girl.
Good quality collar
Great service fast delivery Well made with nice strong colours
Really pleased with the collar. Would definitely recommend . Arrived very quickly. No hesitation to order from your company again. I liked the message you sent when you had received my order. Made me laugh.
Good quality. Perfect fit.
Very poor quality.Used once . Flimsey and would not stay in position when adjusted.Would not have purchased if known it had been made in China.Very dissapointing
Looks lovely
Highly satisfied in every way Thankyou
One very swanky collar for my hound! Love it, it's smart, well designed, seems super comfortable and reflective. Delighted, many thanks!
